No. Flika never touches your MLS credentials. Buyers swipe on listing content you or we share — not on protected MLS data — and nothing leaves your brokerage that shouldn’t. Your MLS stays your MLS.
Yes. Flika surfaces what a specific buyer loves — never demographic inferences, never “homes for people like you.” Our model is explicitly blocked from using protected-class proxies like race, religion, national origin, familial status, disability, or ZIP-code stand-ins for those. We surface style, layout, and price signals a buyer demonstrates — nothing else.
You send a text link. Your buyer taps it, sees a one-screen explainer (“your agent wants to learn what you love”), swipes for about 60 seconds, and sees their own preference summary. No account, no password, no app download. They can delete their data anytime from the same link.

There’s nothing to cancel. Flika is free forever for agents. No card on file, no monthly bill, no annual contract. If you stop using it, it stops being in your life. That’s the whole cancellation flow.
No, and it’s not trying to. Your CRM tracks contacts, tasks, pipeline, and commissions. Flika tracks what your buyer actually wants in a home. They’re complementary layers — we don’t ask you to migrate data or abandon a system that works.
You do, and your buyer does. Preference profiles belong to the agent who invited the buyer and to the buyer themselves. Flika won’t sell your book to another agent, won’t rent it for ads, and won’t use it to train models beyond the one that serves your buyer. If you leave Flika, you can export your profiles.
